Certificates are valid for three years and expire on the last day of the expiration month. Individuals with a valid certificate can re-certify for Erosion & Sediment Control in the third year.
May be obtained prior to the expiration of a certification by:
1. Obtaining a passing score on the appropriate re-certification examination;
2. Successfully completing a Board approved training program; or,
3. Obtaining a passing score on the appropriate certification examination
Before taking any online exams, please make sure you have your certification number and your credit card available. Please remember that you were issued a student ID number and use this in place of your SSS# or DMV#.
When you click on the relevant exam below you will be immediately directed to a payment screen. After payment is received, you will be able to access the examination. Once you successfully complete the exam, your certification will be renewed in the Erosion and Sediment Control database.
