Note: Once your RLD certificate expires you can NOT recertify. You will need to go through the ”Initial Certification” process; however, you do NOT need to register again, just click enter the testing zone instead.
If have a current RLD certificate and you are ready to renew click: renew certification.
If you have forgotten your PIN number, you can recover it by clicking on the “take the exam” link and then recover your PIN. It will ask you for your social security number or driver’s license number, so you might need to try twice.
If you are unable to recover your pin, contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have your PIN you can enter the testing zone, pay the $115 fee and successfully complete the exam.

Do not use the refresh or use the back button during the exam as you may be charged twice.
This is a timed test and if you fail to complete the exam in 1 hour, you must pay the fee again (before you can begin the exam).
The RLD system does not work with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If you are using internet explorer 11 to take the exam, you must be sure to put your browser into "compatability view", as shown in the image below.
