Allocations

As part of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) State Implementation Plan, VDEQ calculated the annual and ozone season NOx allowances for each unit in the Commonwealth and for years 2009-2013.

(CAIR Allocation Synopsis by Facility) - Provides a summary by facility of NOx allowances.

(CAIR Ozone Season NOx Allocations) - Provides the calculations as well as the resulting NOx ozone season allocation for each unit based on the requirements of the CAIR rules.

(CAIR Annual NOx Allocations) - Provides the calculations as well as the resulting NOx annual allocation for each unit based on the requirements of the CAIR rules.
