Dedication of Plant ES Natives Demonstration Garden

The town's beautiful and bountiful native plant garden will be officially dedicated at 3:00 pm. The garden includes a wonderful variety of natives!

 

2012 Eastern Shore Birding and Wildlife Festival
Friday - Sunday, October 5 - 7
Cape Charles - headquarters

During the fall migration, millions of neotropical songbirds, along with eagles, hawks, falcons, butterflies and dragonflies converge on the Eastern Shore peninsula. The Eastern Shore Birding and Wildlife Festival celebrates one of nature's most amazing spectacles with adventures suitable for birders and nature lovers of all ages.    

Please help support this migration!  This fall plant the fruit and insect bearing trees and shrubs these wonderful birds need to sustain their long journeys!
