Virginia State Law Enforcement Training Facility (DEQ 10-017S)
DEQ has completed its coordinated review of the environmental impact report (EIR) submitted by the Department of State Police (DSP) for a proposed training facility in Powhatan County. The review was conducted by DEQ in accordance with Virginia Code Section 10.1-1188. DEQ's report has been submitted to the Secretary of Administration for her consideration and approval.
