Active Permit Applications

This page includes lists of all applications for solid waste permits as well as pending authorizations and expansions currently under review by DEQ. These applications and authorizations are being processed in accordance with DEQ's established waste permitting procedures. This information will be updated bi-monthly until an automated system can be developed for access to real-time data. Public notices concerning pending permit actions may be viewed on the public notice site for the waste division. Any questions concerning the status of applications under review should be directed to the appropriate regional contact.
