VEEP Renewal

Facilities at all levels of VEEP are required to renew their participation in the program every three years. DEQ has developed a form for E2 and E3 facilities to use. Facilities not submitting a renewal application in a timely manner may no longer be considered to be in good standing with VEEP and may jeopardize their access to the program’s incentives.

When are renewal applications due?
Facilities must renew their participation in the program every three years. DEQ has established a quarterly calendar for renewal deadlines with due dates of January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. For instance, if a facility was accepted into VEEP on February 22, 2007, their renewal application would be due on April 1, 2010. A facility accepted on October 2, 2008 would need to submit a renewal form by January 1, 2011. If you have questions on your facility’s acceptance date, please contact Keith Boisvert at keith.boisvert@deq.virginia.gov or 804-698-4225.
