VPDES Industrial Storm Water General Permit Registration Statements

VPDES Industrial Storm Water General Permit (VAR05) Registration Statements will be posted here for a 30-day public review prior to permit coverage being issued by the Department.  Comments on specific Registration Statements should be sent to the Water Permit Manager at the DEQ Regional Office that serves the area where the facility is located, or to Burt Tuxford in the DEQ Central Office.
