The subcommittees are set up to parallel the Committee structure of the Roanoke River Basin Bi-State Commission and the North Carolina Roanoke River Basin Advisory Committee so the groups can easily interface with each other.
Chairs of the subcommittees will serve as Co-Chairs for the Roanoke River Basin Bi-State Commission Committees with their counterparts from the North Carolina subcommittees.
