Air Quality Permits - ODEC Cypress Creek Power Station
On September 24, 2010, ODEC withdrew their PSD air quality permit application.
This website provides information about the timeline for the previously-active applications for air quality pre-construction permitting for the proposed Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) Cypress Creek Power Station in Surry County, Virginia. No air quality permits have been issued for this source and DEQ currently has no active air quality permit applications for the project.
