Notice of Award/Intent to Award
A Notice of Award is written notification that a vendor has received an award by DEQ.
A Notice of Intent to Award is a written notice that shows selection of a vendor for the award of a contract.
When a Notice of Intent to Award is issued, the bid or proposal documents are available for inspection by any bidder or offeror on that solicitation upon request. Bid and proposal records are open to the public only after issuance of a Notice of Award.
