From I-95 South and I-64 East (Downtown Richmond)
Take Exit 75 to Third Street. Travel south to Franklin Street and turn left. Travel east to Eighth Street and turn right. Travel south one block to Main Street and turn right. DEQ is on the left at Seventh and Main.
From I-64 West (Downtown Richmond)
Take Exit 190 to Fifth Street. Travel south to Franklin Street and turn left. Travel east to Eighth Street and turn right. Travel south one block to Main Street and turn right. DEQ is on the left at Seventh and Main.
