On September 22, 2011, the State Water Control Board considered and voted to approve the proposed amendments to the following regulations governing biosolids:

• (9VAC25-32) Virginia Pollution Abatement (VPA) Permit Regulation
• (9VAC25-31) Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination (VPDES) Permit Regulation, and
• (9VAC25-20) Fees for Permits and Certificates
