The Virginia Roanoke River Basin Advisory Committee (VRRBAC) was established in the executive branch of state government as an advisory committee to the Virginia delegation to the Roanoke River Basin Bi-State Commission. The Committee assists the delegation in fulfilling its duties and carrying out the objectives of the Commission, pursuant to § 62.1-69.39. A link to the legislation establishing the group is here.

The Roanoke River Basin Bi-State Commission  (RRBBC) was established as a bi-state commission composed of members from the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of North Carolina.   A link to information regarding the Roanoke River Basin Bi-State Commission is here.

The VRRBAC met on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the Campbell County Board Room in Rustburg, VA. Preliminary minutes of the meeting can be found here.
