Historical Information at DEQ:

DEQ"s files contain historical information about sewage collection and treatment projects dating back to the 1940's to the present.  If you would like to review any of the records, please contact the appropriate DEQ regional office.  The following records may be available:

• Approved Addenda and Change Orders
• Approved plans for sewage collection and treatment systems.  Plans approved before about the year 2000 would be on microfiche and afterward would be a scanned pdf copy or paper copy.
• Approved specifications (paper copies)
• Certificates to Construct are on the Project Tracking Log.  Find your project and view the "project information" block.  If the certificate to construct (approval letter) is not shown in that block and you want to see the CTC, contact your regional office.
• Certificates to Operate are on the Project Tracking Log.  Find your project and view the "project information" block.  If the certificate to operate is not shown in that block and you want to see the CTO, contact your regional office.
